Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information:

Once your order is received it will be shipped from our warehouse in Delta, British Columbia, Canada within 2 business days.

Shipping charges are calculated on a per-cookbook basis based on the Canada Post shipping rates. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipments sent outside of Canada may be subject to Customs charges; sorry, we have no control over this.

Return Information:

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Within 2 days of the delivery post mark, you may return a defective or damaged book for a refund or replacement of the actual cost of the returned item. No refunds of shipping costs. No refunds for non-defective cookbooks. The printed invoice included with the original shipment (or a copy of the invoice) must be included. Returns will be accepted that are return post marked within 2 days of the delivery post mark. Return of any item return post marked over 2 days after the delivery post mark will not be accepted. Please indicate the following on a note with your return: 1) What is the reason for the return and 2) Would you like a replacement cookbook or be refunded.
